Ask Conor (AskConor.com) was a fun AI chatbot project I created in early March 2023, when OpenAI released their ChatGPT Turbo 3.5 API.
This new API allowed me to create a chatbot in the personality style of Conor McGregor that could maintain the speed of a flowing conversation.
AskConor.com is now permanently moved here to MMAHive.com.

Here’s a preview of what the AskConor.com app looked like:
You could Ask Conor anything you want, and the chatbot will respond in his famous Irish tone and unique personality.
He’s particularly good at trash-talking and gives it as much as he gets.
So be fair warned, you might not like what he has to say.
The idea gained a ton of popularity in just a few short days from its release, being shared around the world on social media, WhatsApp groups, Discord channels, Reddit, and more.
When Ask Conor was shared on Reddit, many people had hilarious conversations with him.
Below are a few of my favorites.
“The only rock ye are is a pebble in me shoe, mate“:
“Vulnerable? Me? Don’t make me laugh, ya hillbilly“:
The original idea was inspired by the uprising of language models in AI tech.
And also reminiscing about this #AskTheFighter interview with Conor McGregor way back in 2014:
Just imagine if you could Ask Conor anything today after all the fame and glory.
That’s the fun of Ask Conor.
